WELCOME to FERNWOOD NORTH ROCKS. We offer our members a great range of services in the most up to date facilities with over 30 Group Fitness classes per week, including the latest craze ZUMBA , boxing, Les Mills range of classes including Body Pump, Body Step and Body Combat plus Yoga & Pilates. Free breakfast is available in your own members lounge, plus sparkling change rooms with free toiletries. Child Minding is also available, Monday to Saturday. So whatever your age, body shape or fitness level, our friendly team can offer you a range of options to suit your personal needs and help you achieve your goals. No contract/ corporate membership options also available in club. Fernwood North Rocks is a registered Fitness Provider. Our memberships, personal training and weight loss facilities may qualify with your health fund for rebates. We would love to invite you and show you around our beautiful club, so please be sure to give us a call for a no obligation tour.
