Zumba is a latin-inspired group dance class, mixing both low and high intensity moves for an interval-style calorie-burning fitness session. With easy to master dance moves and chart-topping hits, Zumba will give you a total body workout, combining all the elements of fitness that you love including cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
This class is open to all fitness levels. Speak to the instructor about modifying exercises to suit your goals. Please bring along a water bottle and towel to every class.
