Participants who successfully refer someone who joins an eligible membership at any participating Fernwood Fitness club will go into the draw to win their share of $10,000. Eligible memberships are 12 or 18 month ongoing memberships. Excludes flexi memberships. Members who cancel within cooling off period are not eligible. (48 hours).   1. Find your unique link above or in the Fernwood app under ‘Win a share of $10,000‘.
  2. Share this unique link with as many amazing women as you like.
  3. Your friend simply fills out a short form to claim a trial pass to use at a Fernwood club of their choice.
  4. You and your friend can then enjoy all that Fernwood has to offer together.
  5. If your friend joins on an eligible membership, you and your friend will both go into the draw to win a share of $10,000.
  6. The more friends you refer who join, the more entries you get. How good is that!

FAQs

Squad Goals is the National Referral Program for Fernwood Fitness. This program was designed to make it easy (and rewarding!) for members to share the Fernwood experience with their friends. Every quarter, members and their referred friend who joins will have the chance to win a share of $10,000 cash prize.

You can refer your friends via a personalised link that gets sent via email or you can refer your friends by the Fernwood App.

You can refer as many friends as you want! The more friends your refer, the more chances you’ll get to win the cash prize if they join.

As a member, you may refer any of your friends or family by sharing a trial pass.

Once you have shared your unique link with your friend, they simply have to fill out a form to obtain a trial pass.

Yes, your friend is able to select any participating club for her trial pass.

Winners will be drawn in the month after the end of the finishing quarter. For example, for Q1: Jul – Sep 2025, winners will be drawn in October 2025.

  • Q1 (Jul-Sep 2026) – Drawn 12pm 16 Oct 2026
  • Q2 (Oct-Dec 2026) – Drawn 12pm 22 Jan 2027
  • Q3 (Jan-Mar 2027) – Drawn 12pm 16 Apr 2027
  • Q4 (Apr-Jun 2027) – Drawn 12pm 16 Jul 2027

Winners (member and their referred friend) will be contacted directly by our team at Fernwood NSO with instructions on how to claim their prize. Each winner must complete a written form to provide their bank account details, which will be securely retained by the promoter (Fernwood) to verify and process the prize payment.

Eligible memberships are active 12- or 18-month ongoing memberships. Excludes flexi memberships for all states except South Australia where Flexi memberships are eligible. Members who cancel within cooling off period are not eligible (48 hours).
