Sauna is only available for use during staffed hours. A quick shower is advised for all members before sauna use. Please bring to your sauna session a water bottle, a towel to sit on and a towel for personal use. Bathers, swimwear or loose comfortable clothing is advised to be worn whilst in the sauna. Mobile phones should not be used in the sauna. Ensure you keep hydration levels up after each sauna session. A maximum of 2 people in the Sauna at any one time. Sauna sessions are for a duration of 30 minutes. If you are pre or post natal, recovering from illness, injury or surgery, it is recommended you obtain clearance from a medical or health care professional before using the Sauna.
