The one-on-one sessions are 30 minutes, with a strength training focus that will give you an all-over workout. Your PT will get to know you and develop a program specific to your fitness goals. You'll never get bored, because they will continually develop your program so that you get the variety your body needs to keep hitting PBs and seeing results.
The Personal Trainer's job is to help get that extra rep out that you wouldn't be able to do alone. They'll become another part of your support network. We only work with qualified Personal Trainers, so you know that every session is a positive step towards your health and fitness goals.
