Fernwood’s Shine Grant is an annual award aimed at supporting charities that empower women. The first recipient of the Shine Grant is WomenCAN Australia, a remarkable organisation founded in 2019. WomenCAN Australia is dedicated to helping women rebuild their confidence, enhance their skills, and foster meaningful connections, enabling them to re-enter the workforce and achieve financial independence.
Fitted for Work
Fernwood has partnered with Fitted for Work, an organisation dedicated to helping female jobseekers become work-ready, secure meaningful employment, and thrive in their careers. Fitted for Work offers comprehensive support to women, including personal outfitting and a variety of workshops designed to teach essential skills and provide guidance, ensuring they are fully prepared for the workforce.
Melbourne Women's Foundation
