For women who enjoy high intensity, low-impact exercise, barre is a complete workout which includes a fusion of Pilates, ballet and fitness. This class includes exercises designed to tone your body and create longer and leaner muscles.
Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
