Body Attack is a pre-choreographed high-energy interval style aerobics class designed to push your cardiovascular fitness to new heights. This workout is a great form of cardio, with the added benefit of improving strength and overall fitness in an easy to follow workout.
Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
