LES MILLS BARRE™ is a modern version of classic ballet training, a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to move your body at a moderate pace. This class is low-impact compared to other group fitness class, allowing you to perfect movements. Ideal for anyone who enjoys considered movements, and all the little ballerinas at heart.
This class is available via live instructors, as well as virtual instructors.
Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
