Barre Attack is a dynamic fusion of pilates, ballet and fitness, using the classic ballet barre. This class provides an all body workout, toning and strengthening the legs, butt, thighs and arms, whilst helping with posture, flexibility, balance and fitness.
Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
