Ball FIT is an excellent body-sculpting and shaping class that combines cardio training with muscle and core conditioning. This class usually uses a Swiss ball and light hand weights to engage different muscles groups, allowing you to improve your fitness quickly.
Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
