Body Balance is a pre-choreographed yoga based class that is designed to change your mind and body. Bend and stretch through a series of yoga moves, whilst focusing on breath control and also embracing elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. During a Body Balance class you will strengthen your entire body, and leave feeling calm, centred and happy.
This class is available via live instructors, as well as virtual instructors.
Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
