A 30 minute HIIT workout combined with powerful music and an inspirational coach, designed to improve strength, increase cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. GRIT Strength classes use barbells, weight plates and bodyweight exercises to blass all majour muscle groups.
Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
