Body Step (Les Mills)

Body Step is a fun pre-choreographed full body cardio workout, using a step to help tone the butt and thighs. Your bubbly and approachable instructor will coach you through the workout, with motivating hit music and a whole lot of fun! Leave this class buzzing with satisfaction.

Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
