Box FIT

A high-intensity boxing class that builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This group fitness workout is ideal for building strength in the arms and upper body, and for learning proper boxing form and technique.

Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
