Exclusive to Fernwood, our premium FIIT30 sessions are built around high intensity interval training (HIIT), and will help you to get fitter, leaner and stronger, faster, as you burn fat, build strength and tone muscles through a range of hand-selected workouts that work all the major muscle groups. These sessions have a limited capacity to ensure a small group training enviornment, led by a personal trainer.
Open to all levels, this session welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. If returning from an injury or time away from training, FIITRIGHT may be a good workout option. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
