Body Pump is an invigorating barbell workout that uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition to give you a total body workout. Your Body Pump Instructor will coach you through a series of strength based moves and techniques, encouraging and motivating you to burn calories and improve your strength. Leave this class feeling challenged and inpsired, ready to come back for more!
Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
