SPRINT (Les Mills)

LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute low impact, high-intensity interval training workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. Push your cardiovascular fitness, awaken those fast twitch muscle fibres and burn calories through intense bursts of effort followed by periods of recovery.

This class is open to all fitness levels. Speak to the instructor about modifying exercises to suit your goals. It’s best to bring a water bottle and towel to every class.
