A class programmed to increase fitness, strength and self-confidence. This is a fun and energetic class that combines cardio exercise with light weights, suitable for teenage girls. Ideal for beginners and those wanting to learn the foundations of good exercise. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
