Tabata

Tabata is a type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that cycles through rounds of 20 seconds workout and 10 seconds rest. Travel through fast paced exercises to spike your heart rate and burn major calories in a short amount of time.

This class is open to all fitness levels. Speak to the instructor about modifying exercises to suit your goals. It’s best to bring a water bottle and towel to every class.
