Step HIIT

A high-energy class designed to tone legs, butts and thighs, and provide an awesome cardio workout in a group fitness environment. This class is high energy and intensity with a focus on improving cardio fitness and strength, while toning and burning calories. This class is open to all fitness levels. Speak to the instructor about modifying exercises to suit your goals. It's best to bring a water bottle and towel to every class.
