SPORT is designed to push your training to the edge, fine-tuning the body with an emphasis on cardio, strength and core training. Using a step, dumbbells and bodyweight, it gives you total-body training that improves many aspects of fitness. This class is open to all fitness levels. Speak to the instructor about modifying exercises to suit your goals. It's best to bring a water bottle and towel to every class.
