A cycling class that brings the outdoor ride inside. This interval style training will take you through sprints, hills and mountains to achieve your results and personal goals including increasing your cardio fitness, burning fat and toning and shaping your legs, hips and butt. This class is open to all fitness levels. Speak to the instructor about modifying exercises to suit your goals. It's best to bring a water bottle and towel to every class.
