A holistic class focusing on body posture and movement, breathing and meditation, and is used for the purposes of health and spirituality. Qi-Gong can help circulation, balance and alignment whilst also helping to restore energy. The low impact moving meditations include both standing and balancing work.
This class is open to all fitness levels. Speak to the instructor about modifying exercises to suit your goals. It’s best to bring a water bottle and towel to every class.
