Outdoor Bootcamp

Focus on your fitness in the outdoors. This class involves bursts of intense activity, alternated with intervals of lighter activity to help increase whole body strength and fitness. Your body will feel alive with a series of effective exercises for your whole body including pullups, pushups, lunges and crunches.

Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
