MetaPWR is a 30-minute metabolic resistance training workout using the latest high-intensity interval training (HIIT) techniques. This class is sure to increase your strength and fitness, using equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes and slam balls.
Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
