A HIIT-style cycle class that includes high intensity cardio bursts designed to burn fat and increase fitness levels. This class provides an effective lower body workout to build strength and tone in the legs and glutes. Open to intermediate and advanced members. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
