LES MILLS GRIT Athletic is a high-intensity interval training sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This multi-dimensional training will increase strength, agility, speed and power. Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you're comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
