GF Yoga Calm

Yoga can assist you to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Yoga benefits range physical flexibility, strength and fitness, to more profound physical benefits of active relaxation on heart rate, and blood pressure, as well as the cognitive benefits of mindfulness and mental resilience. Yoga Calm classes are low to moderate intensity. Open to all levels, this session welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members.
