FIIT TEEN incorporates the fundamental principals of high intensity interval training, in a format suited to teenage girls. These workouts are 30 minutes in duration, and are led by experienced trainers in a small group training enviornment, to help build skill, fitness and confidence.
Class only open to under 18s. Open to all levels, this session welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
