Get fitter and stronger fast, with this high energy class, designed using a variety of aerobic, strength training and speed elements. A Boot Camp workout is a type of interval training where you will experience bursts of intense activity, alternated with intervals of lighter activity. These classes are varied so no two Boot Camp sessions are ever the same. Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you're comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
