The ultimate core workout, providing the foundations to build core strength and stability. This short but very effective class combines a variety of core exercises from planks to crunches and everything in between to help you build a strong core!

Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
