Pregnancy FIT

A low impact class to help maintain your health and fitness pre and post pregnancy, supported by experienced trainers who can work with you to modify exercises. This class has a focus on improve core strength and cardio fitness.

Open to all, this class is ideal for mums to be, and new mums returning to exercise. Make sure you bring along a towel or exercise/yoga mat and water bottle. Always consult your GP or medical practitioner before undertaking exercise.
