POWER STEP

POWER STEP is an awesome step program desinged to increase your cardio fitness whilst giving your legs an awesome workout both on the step and on the floor. This class will increase your bone density, improve your coordination and tone your lower body with every step you take.

This class is open to all fitness levels. Speak to the instructor about modifying exercises to suit your goals. It’s best to bring a water bottle and towel to every class.
