Yes at Fernwood Tuggeranong, we have classes to suit beginners and intermediate members. Our premium Fusion Pilates studio is equipped with state-of-the-art-reformer beds and our experienced reformer Pilates trainers will guide you through exercises to tone, strengthen your core, and improve posture with mindful, low-impact movement.
