Fernwood Bulleen is a welcoming women’s-only health, fitness and wellness club located at Bulleen Plaza. With 24/7 access, a supportive community and a wide range of training options, we help women of all ages and fitness levels feel strong, confident and empowered. Our club features a fully equipped strength training gym area, expert Personal Trainers, a Reformer Pilates studio, FIIT30 small group training, a diverse group fitness timetable and cardio equipment to support every stage of your fitness journey. Members can also enjoy premium wellness features including an infrared sauna and massage chair, while a dedicated HYPOXI studio is conveniently located within the club for those looking for a specialised weight-loss program.
Beyond the gym floor, our Members Lounge and kitchen area offers complimentary daily breakfast options and a welcoming space to connect, relax and recharge. Our club combines modern facilities with a supportive and inclusive environment where members are encouraged to train at their own pace and feel comfortable every step of the way. Yes at Fernwood Bulleen, we have classes to suit beginners and intermediate members. Our premium Fusion Pilates studio is equipped with state-of-the-art-reformer beds and our experienced reformer Pilates trainers will guide you through exercises to tone, strengthen your core, and improve posture with mindful, low-impact movement.
