If you take a look around the gym floor, you will probably see a pile of resistance bands. What you will also probably see is no one using them. This is often because people aren’t quite sure how to use them, or have you used them incorrectly in the past and so avoid them now.
Resistance bands are a great workout tool and can be used in place of weights in some exercises, as well as building strength before progressing to other equipment.
