Supercharged green chia dip

Hosting your family’s next games night or simply looking for a healthy and nutritious snack? Easily whip up this supercharged dip and serve with thin corn cakes for an instant crowd-pleaser.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • 2 ¾ tbsp feta
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 soy & linseed corn cakes
  • ¾ cup frozen peas

Method

  1. Place spinach, peas, mushrooms, feta cheese, chia seeds, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a food processor. Mix until well combined.
  2. Serve dip with thin corn cakes. Enjoy.
