Ingredients
- ¾ cup almonds
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp salt
Method
- Process almonds and oats in a blender or a food processor until the texture is coarse.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl then add the almond butter, honey, vanilla extract and salt. Mix well until thick.
- Roll into balls and sprinkle with the chia seeds. Refrigerate or freeze for 15 minutes to set.
