- 1 ¼ cup of softened pitted dates
- ½ cup almond meal
- ¾ cup oats
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Place all ingredients in blender until combined.
- Roll into balls and refrigerate.
