Quick, easy and simple – just how we like it. Make mornings delicious with this healthy and tasty blueberry and coconut breakfast porridge.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
- ⅓ cup blueberries
- 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp salt
Method
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl except for the berries.
- Add in the blueberries and stir with the chia seeds.
- Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
