Blueberry and coconut breakfast porridge

Quick, easy and simple – just how we like it. Make mornings delicious with this healthy and tasty blueberry and coconut breakfast porridge.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
  • ⅓ cup blueberries
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Method

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl except for the berries.
  2. Add in the blueberries and stir with the chia seeds.
  3. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
