Baked cauliflower bites

Indulge your savoury cravings with this quick, easy and healthy snack.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 300g cauliflower
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 1 tbsp rosemary

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
  2. Chop the cauliflower (florets and stems) into bite-size pieces and spread on a baking tray.
  3. Season with cumin, coriander, mixed spice and rosemary and bake for 20-30 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  4. Cool slightly and serve.
