- ½ medium avocado
- ½ medium or 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (+ more if desired)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp milk (or milk alternative) + more as required
Method Steps
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender to make a mousse.
- Add a tsp of milk at a time to get your desired mousse consistency.
