Ingredients
- 10g coconut flour
- 4g protein powder (low carb, high protein)
- 1 tbsp psyllium husks
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp honey
- 10g dates
- 10g dried apple
Method
- Finely chop dates and dried apple.
- Add ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined. Roll the mixture into a ball. Serve or refrigerate to eat later.
