Nothing beats a bowl of delicious granola with fresh berries on a summer morning. We're going nuts for this almond granola on coconut yoghurt recipe topped with seasonal fresh berries, and we think you'll love it too!

- ½ cup almonds, chopped
- ¼ cup oats (use gluten free as an option)
- ¾ tbsp coconut oil
- 1 ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups coconut yoghurt
- Berries to serve
- In a mixing bowl, toss in almonds, oats, oil, cinnamon and honey/syrup. Coat well and toast for 5 minutes.
- Divide the yoghurt in 4 equal servings and top each with the almond granola and berries of choice. Enjoy!
