Nothing beats a bowl of delicious granola with fresh berries on a summer morning. We're going nuts for this almond granola on coconut yoghurt recipe topped with seasonal fresh berries, and we think you'll love it too!

Serves: 4


  • ½ cup almonds, chopped
  • ¼ cup oats (use gluten free as an option)
  • ¾ tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups coconut yoghurt
  • Berries to serve


  1. In a mixing bowl, toss in almonds, oats, oil, cinnamon and honey/syrup. Coat well and toast for 5 minutes.
  2. Divide the yoghurt in 4 equal servings and top each with the almond granola and berries of choice. Enjoy!
