 You’ll experience powerful workouts, designed for women by women, that combine functional training, strength building, and high-intensity conditioning to push your limits and unlock incredible results.

Our 30-minute, coach-led classes fit seamlessly into busy schedules, making it easy to stay consistent and committed. In small groups, you’ll be guided through each session using a range of equipment designed to challenge and support you. With options and progressions built into every workout, FIIT30 meets you where you’re at whether you’re just starting out or chasing your next personal best.

Level up with with the 8-week challenge

Across 8 weeks, you’ll commit to at least 3 FIIT30 sessions per week, designed to challenge, progress and inspire you. Strong Start isn’t just about losing weight, it’s about getting stronger, moving with confidence and creating sustainable habits that stay with you long after the challenge ends.

What is included

The journey taught me that self-care isn’t selfish it’s essential. As a mum of three, the 5am alarms, the drives to the gym, the tough workouts before school drop off…none of it was easy. But I realised that if I didn’t look after myself, I couldn’t truly look after anyone else. By putting my health first, I not only set a powerful example for my kids, I gave them the best version of me.

FAQ’s

FIIT30 is Fernwood’s 30-minute functional training workout. It’s designed to be fast, effective, and fun, combining strength, cardio, and conditioning. Some clubs also offer 45-minute sessions.

Not at all. Every workout can be scaled for beginners through to advanced members.

It’s coach-led in a small group, so you get expert guidance, variety, and motivation every session. Plus, it’s time-efficient at just 30 (or 45) minutes.

Each workout is different, but you can expect functional movements using kettlebells, slam balls, ropes, sleds, barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises.

2–3 sessions a week are ideal, but you can also combine FIIT30 with other training styles depending on your goals.

Yes. The workouts are designed to improve strength, fitness, and overall conditioning. Results depend on consistency, nutrition, and your personal goals.

Yes. Spots are limited to keep groups small and supportive, so bookings are essential.

That’s fine! Your coach will demonstrate every move and help you with technique and confidence.

A water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout clothes. The rest is provided.

Through improved performance, strength gains, and fitness levels. Some members also use body scans or set personal goals.

It may be included or available as an upgrade, depending on your membership. Check with your club team for details.

Yes, with medical clearance. Our coaches can provide modifications to keep you moving safely. Always let your trainer know before class.

Not at all! FIIT30 workouts can be adapted for all ages, so whether you’re in your 20s, 50s, or beyond, you can join in and progress at your own pace.
