For the past 10years, Fernwood Penrith has been offering Women of all ages and sizes a friendly and supportive Health Club environment that is unique only to Fernwood. Our services include Personal Training, Food Coaching, and Cellulite Treatment. We also offer complimentary breakfast, toiletries, and an extensive Cardio and Strength Training area all in air conditioned comfort.

With a Group Fitness Timetable that offers over 30 classes a week & Instructors that are second to none in energy & enthusiasm if motivation is a concern then our highly experienced team of Group Fitness Instructors will ensure you will finish every class on top of the world & feeling empowered to shine.

A recent addition to our Club is our new ‘Savvy Salon & Day Spa’ to cater for all of your Hair & Beauty needs. Owned & operated by Monique & Simone.

The team at Fernwood Penrith welcomes you with a smile into our contagious and fun environment. So whatever YOUR personal goals are, we can suit a range of activities to your needs which produces real results & guarantees you achieve your goals. All while having fun, meeting new friends & feeling a part of the Fernwood experience. Mums are also catered for with our Supervised Play Area for the kids, operating Monday through Saturday.
