Can I do HIIT workouts at home?

  • Yoga mat – support and protect your joints during high-impact exercise and have a stretch post-workout.
  • Lightweight dumbbells – elevate your HIIT workout at home with weights.
  • Resistance bands – resistance training is a great way to get the most out of your HIIT workout.
  • Skipping rope – perfect for short bursts of cardio, lightweight and easy to store.
