- The Home of Strength Training for Women – access to gym floor including cutting edge strength and cardio equipment
- All members receive unlimited FIIT30 classes – small group personal training (30 classes each week!)
- Reformer Pilates (35 classes each week!)
- Yoga and mat Pilates
- Hot Yoga and Hot mat Pilates
- Complimentary breakfast
- Luxury changerooms with complimentary toiletries
- Private infrared sauna and cold plunge recovery areas

Members enjoy access to pristine facilities, including premium change rooms with showers, toilets and secure lockers, plus thoughtful amenities such as hair dryers, hair straighteners and more to help you refresh after your workout. You can also relax in our welcoming members’ lounge and enjoy breakfast before or after you train.

Yes at Fernwood Newstead, we have classes to suit beginners and intermediate members. Our premium Fusion Pilates studio is equipped with state-of-the-art-reformer beds and our experienced reformer Pilates trainers will guide you through exercises to tone, strengthen your core, and improve posture with mindful, low-impact movement. We also have On Demand Your Reformer classes to support or instructor lead classes. You can access these at a time that suits you.
