Support for mums

As a women’s health, fitness and wellness network, many of our Fernwood clubs offer childcare services and facilities to look after your children while you get some well-deserved me-time in the gym. Whether that be a high intense workout like strength training and group fitness classes, or something a little more calming like yoga.

While you find what you need and enjoy some time to focus on your health and wellbeing, your little one will enjoy some socialising and playtime in the onsite facilities. We love having them in the club as much as we love having you.
